Welcome to Wron. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wron App Builder platform, website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Wron, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wron, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Wron.

2. Description of Service

Wron provides AI-powered tools that help users:

• ·Create app interfaces and code
• ·Build app prototypes
• ·Generate marketing assets
• ·Analyze app opportunities
• ·Access app-building resources

Wron may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• ·Maintaining the security of your account
• ·All activity occurring under your account
• ·Providing accurate information
• ·Keeping login credentials confidential

You may not:

• ·Share accounts
• ·Sell accounts
• ·Transfer accounts without permission
• ·Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• ·You authorize recurring billing.
• ·Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.
• ·Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• ·Wron may modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. AI-Generated Content

Wron uses artificial intelligence to generate app ideas, code, designs, text, images, and other outputs ("Generated Content").

You acknowledge that:

• ·AI-generated outputs may contain errors.
• ·Generated Content may not be unique.
• ·Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
• ·You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating Generated Content before use.

Wron does not guarantee:

• ·Accuracy
• ·Functionality
• ·Originality
• ·Legal compliance
• ·App Store approval
• ·Revenue or business success

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Wron.

By using Wron, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for providing and improving the Service.

Wron Property

All Wron software, branding, trademarks, algorithms, databases, interfaces, and platform functionality remain the exclusive property of Wron.

You may not:

• ·Reverse engineer the platform
• ·Copy proprietary systems
• ·Resell the Service
• ·Create competing products using Wron technology

7. App Store Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring any apps built using Wron comply with:

• ·Apple App Store policies
• ·Google Play policies
• ·Applicable laws and regulations
• ·Privacy requirements
• ·Consumer protection laws

Wron is not responsible for rejected, suspended, or removed applications.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Wron to create, promote, or distribute:

• ·Malware or harmful software
• ·Spam systems
• ·Fraudulent applications
• ·Copyright-infringing content
• ·Hate speech
• ·Harassment or abusive content
• ·Adult content where prohibited by law
• ·Services violating third-party terms

Wron may remove content or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

9. No Business Guarantees

Wron does not guarantee:

• ·Downloads
• ·Revenue
• ·Profitability
• ·Funding
• ·User growth
• ·App rankings
• ·Marketing success

Any examples, case studies, or estimates are for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Third-Party Services

Wron may integrate with third-party providers including:

• ·OpenAI
• ·Anthropic
• ·Google
• ·Apple
• ·Firebase
• ·Payment processors
• ·Analytics providers

Wron is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

11. Termination

Wron may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• ·Violate these Terms
• ·Engage in abusive behavior
• ·Attempt to exploit the platform
• ·Fail to pay subscription fees
• ·Use the Service unlawfully

Upon termination, access to the Service may immediately cease.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wron disclaims all warranties, including:

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wron shall not be liable for:

• ·Business interruption
• ·Data loss
• ·Indirect damages
• ·Consequential damages
• ·Special damages

In no event shall Wron's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Wron during the previous twelve (12) months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wron and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• ·Your use of the Service
• ·Apps you create
• ·Violation of these Terms
• ·Violation of applicable laws
• ·Infringement of third-party rights

15. Referral Program

Wron may offer a referral program under which paid subscribers receive a personal referral code. The following conditions apply:

• ·Referral rewards are earned only when a referred person completes their first paid subscription using your referral code.
• ·Rewards are limited to 10 qualifying referrals per calendar month and require an active paid subscription at the time the referred person subscribes.
• ·Referral codes are for personal sharing only. Posting codes on coupon or deal aggregation sites, purchasing ads for codes, or other commercial distribution is prohibited.
• ·Self-referrals and referrals of accounts you control do not qualify.
• ·A reward is not earned until it has been sent, and has no cash value beforehand. Wron may withhold, void, or claw back rewards and disable referral codes in cases of fraud, abuse, or refunded/disputed payments.
• ·Wron may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Wron after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Georgia.
